One of the UK's first affordable zero-carbon housing schemes. 4 flats and 6 houses which were certified to Code Level 6, using PV, Rainwater Harvesting, Biomass and a highly insulated and airtight SIPs fabric. The scheme has won, and been shortlisted for numerous awards.

The £10m refurbishment and conversion of St Nicholas House is a landmark project in central Colchester T16 Design provided ongoing energy consultancy for the original residential scheme and the hotel conversion, providing advice throughout the process to the developer and design team.

Brightlingsea Lido

T16 Design are appointed by Brightlingsea Town Council for all ongoing Architectural works at the Lido. An ongoing multi-phase extension and refurbishment is planned, including an extended cafe and changing facility, community facilities and extensions and upgrades to the pool itself.
